Placing Orders
When you place an order through our website or delivery partners, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
refuse an order
cancel an order due to stock or operational issues
adjust or change menu items and pricing
If we cancel an order, you will be refunded using the original payment method.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Prices may change at any time.
Full payment is required at checkout.
Payments for orders placed via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat or any other third‑party platform are processed securely by those providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details when you pay through those platforms; their own terms and privacy notices will apply.
Where we accept card payments directly via our website, payments are processed by our chosen payment service provider. That provider acts as an independent controller or processor of your payment data under its own terms and privacy policy, which you should review before submitting your card details.
Food Allergies & Dietary Information
We take allergen safety seriously but cannot guarantee that any dish is free from: gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, sesame, eggs, fish, shellfish or other allergens.
By ordering, you acknowledge that:
you have reviewed our allergen information
you accept the risk of cross‑contamination
If you have allergies, contact us before placing an order.
Delivery
We deliver within specific areas via our own couriers or third‑party partners such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather or high demand.
Failed delivery
If:
you provide an incorrect or incomplete address
you do not answer the door/phone
delivery is not possible for reasons outside our control
then the order may be cancelled and no refund may be due.
Collection (Click & Collect)
If you choose collection, please arrive at the specified time.
Orders not collected within 30 minutes may be disposed of for food safety reasons and cannot be refunded.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because we sell fresh, made‑to‑order food, we do not usually offer refunds once food preparation has begun.
Refunds may be issued only when:
we make a significant mistake with your order
items are missing
the order is cancelled before food preparation starts
we are unable to complete the order
All refund decisions are at our discretion and will be made in accordance with your statutory rights.
To request a refund, email info@zestyzeus.uk within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We make every effort to display accurate information, images, descriptions and prices.
However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without liability.
